Our Food

At Ibiza, we serve fresh and vibrant California-Mediterranean food, including wraps, salads and plates. We cook small batches of falafel, grilled chicken and smoked beef brisket. We make everything from scratch at our downtown Santa Cruz restaurant, including our flatbreads, herby falafel, sauces and desserts. We use as many locally sourced and organic ingredients as possible. We offer vegan food and gluten free options, as well as a kid's menu.

No reservations are needed. We have indoor and outdoor dining. Conveniently order at the counter or order food online ahead of time. At our Pacific Avenue restaurant, you can order dine in, takeout, or schedule delivery. We are open Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm.

Our Drinks

Our drinks are as fresh and vibrant as our food. We make everything from scratch using the best ingredients, from the spices in our cardamom-ginger chai to the local organic fruit in our seasonally changing iced lattes. We source top quality single origin ceremonial grade matcha from Japan for matcha lattes. We juice fresh fruits and vegetables daily for our "juicy drinks," including our popular bunny juice (carrots, ginger, turmeric) and pineapple cooler.

For those looking for adult beverages, Ibiza offers local beer and Spanish wines, as well as a few classic wine-based cocktails like sangria and spritzes. We are one of the few places in Santa Cruz where you can sample top quality Spanish sherry and vermouths.

Our Desserts

Save room for dessert. You don't want to miss our impossibly creamy tahini soft serve ice cream. Zhuzh up your ice cream with our scratch made sauces and toppings, including dark chocolate shell, organic strawberry sauce, extra virgin olive oil and more elaborate creations like our Dubai Chocolate Sundae with toasted pistachios and kataifi (shredded phyllo). The best news for our vegan guests: our tahini ice cream and toppings are entirely plant-based and vegan.

We also offer what many people say is the best jumbo chocolate chip cookie in Santa Cruz, made with San Francisco-based Tcho Chocolate and topped with a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
